DELIVERY METHODS

Deliveries are sent via DHL Express or DHL Standard. Please note that in the event of damage or theft, reimbursement will not be guaranteed. Below are visual examples of a myCompañero package, if upon delivery the package does not correspond to these images (different adhesive tape, trace of openingture…), we recommend that you refuse delivery and contact us contact to report the dispute to DHL as soon as possible.

TRACK YOUR ORDERS

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email including a DHL order tracking number. You can track your order one or two hours after receiving this email by consulting the link provided.
